PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been electronically executed between Mehmet Zahit Sezer Sole Proprietorship (“Seller”), operating at Mehmet Akif Mahallesi Hasan Efendi Sokak No: 25/2 Çekmeköy/Istanbul, and the person (“Buyer”) who purchases products/services through the website unwearabletr.com.
The Parties accept, declare, and undertake that they have read the entire Agreement, fully understood its content, and approved all its provisions.

By purchasing products and services from the Seller, the Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read, fully understood, and approved all provisions of this Agreement. Likewise, the Seller declares and undertakes the following matters to the Buyer. Therefore, the Buyer undertakes the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process.
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
THE BUYER ACCEPTS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE AGREEMENT AND ARE AWARE OF THEIR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
THE PARTIES ACCEPT THAT THERE IS NO DISPROPORTION BETWEEN THE OBLIGATIONS AGREED UPON IN THE AGREEMENT, THAT THE MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS ARE APPROPRIATE TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK, AND THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INEXPERIENCE REGARDING THE TRANSACTIONS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT.
THE BUYER ACCEPTS THAT THEY HAVE REACHED A FULL CONVICTION THAT THE TRANSACTIONS UNDER THE AGREEMENT ARE IN THEIR OWN INTEREST AND THAT THEY WILL COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS WITH THEIR FREE WILL, WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY OR DISTRESS, KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY.
THE PARTIES ACCEPT THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT DO NOT CONSTITUTE UNFAIR TERMS AND THAT THERE IS NO INJUSTICE IN TERMS OF BALANCE OF INTERESTS.
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY UNFAIR TERMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATION ON UNFAIR TERMS IN CONSUMER CONTRACTS. ITS PROVISIONS DO NOT VIOLATE THE PRINCIPLE OF GOOD FAITH AND ARE PREPARED IN COMPLIANCE WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION LEGISLATION.
THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN PREPARED BY ALSO TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE PROVISIONS OF THE TURKISH CODE OF OBLIGATIONS. THE BUYER HAS CONDUCTED THE BINDING AND CONTENT REVIEW FORESEEN IN ARTICLE 21 OF THE TURKISH CODE OF OBLIGATIONS. NONE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE FOREIGN TO THE NATURE OF THE AGREEMENT OR SURPRISING. THE PROVISIONS ARE CLEAR AND UNAMBIGUOUS.
SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website (“Site”) belonging to the Seller, with the specified qualities and sales price below.

DELIVERY
Unless the product is specially prepared according to the Buyer’s request or personal needs, it shall be delivered within the period specified in the pre-information form, depending on the distance, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days.
For avoidance of doubt, delivery requires that this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form are approved electronically and that the payment is made in full. Otherwise, the Seller is released from the obligation of delivery.
If performance becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 3 days and refund all payments within 14 days.
BUYER’S DECLARATIONS AND UNDERTAKINGS
The Buyer accepts and undertakes that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the product, price, payment, delivery, and shipping costs, and that by approving the order, they enter into a PAYMENT OBLIGATION.
The Buyer confirms that they have received all required information correctly and completely.
If the payment is not received due to unauthorized use of the Buyer’s card, the Buyer must return the product within 3 days.
If the product is delivered to another person, the Seller is not responsible if that person refuses delivery.
If the Buyer is not present at the address, the order will not be left elsewhere.
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product intact and as described.
The Seller may provide an equivalent product with Buyer approval.
The Buyer must inspect the product before acceptance.
SELLER’S DECLARATIONS
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in compliance with legislation, complete and as described.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For consumer Buyers, a 14-day withdrawal right applies without justification.

If returned via contracted carriers (Kolay Gelsin or Yurtiçi Kargo), the Buyer bears no cost.
Exceptions to withdrawal include customized products, perishable goods, opened hygienic products, digital content, etc.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Complaints can be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All design rights, graphics, and products belong to the Seller.
Unauthorized use, copying, or resale is prohibited.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved before Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
OTHER PROVISIONS
The Seller may assign rights; the Buyer may not without consent.
Electronic records of the Seller are binding evidence.
Force majeure events release Parties from liability.
ENTRY INTO FORCE
This Agreement enters into force upon electronic approval and is binding under Turkish law.
A copy will be sent via e-mail and stored for 3 years.
