CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS
GENERAL:
• If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
• Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
• Shipping costs for product delivery shall be paid by the Buyers.
• Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
• The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any relevant documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
• If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days from learning of this situation and must refund the total amount to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:
• If the Buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
• If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
• If force majeure circumstances occur that the Seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation, replacement with a similar product, or postponement until the issue is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2–3 weeks to reflect in the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
• The Buyer must inspect the goods/services before receiving them and must not accept damaged or defective goods (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging). Accepted goods are deemed to be intact and undamaged. The Buyer must protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used, and the invoice must also be returned.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
• The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the designated person/address, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, provided that notification is made to the SELLER via the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
• If the purchase is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. If the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the end of this period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
• Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions regarding products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
• The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned (if issued to a company, a return invoice must be included).
• The return form and the product must be delivered completely and undamaged, including its box, packaging, and all standard accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
• The SELLER must refund the total amount and any documents that put the BUYER under obligation within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and must take back the goods within 20 days.
• If the value of the goods decreases due to the Buyer’s fault or return becomes impossible, the Buyer must compensate the Seller’s damages proportionally. However, changes resulting from proper use within the withdrawal period are not the Buyer’s responsibility.
• If the campaign conditions are no longer met due to withdrawal, the discount amount will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
• Products prepared according to the Buyer’s request or personal needs, products not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use items, perishable goods, products unsuitable for return due to hygiene once opened, products mixed with others, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, instantly performed services, and digital goods delivered instantly cannot be returned.
• Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs, CDs, and stationery consumables can only be returned if unopened, unused, and undamaged.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
• If the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, they agree to pay interest under their agreement with the bank and be liable to the bank. The bank may take legal action and claim costs and attorney fees. The Buyer also agrees to compensate the Seller for any damages due to delayed payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
• You can make payments via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to our Ziraat Bank accounts (TRY).
• You can also make payments via credit card through our website, either as a single payment or in installments. Online payments will be charged to your card at the end of the order.
